DMCA Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

Overview

WonDae Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. ScrollCraft is a format-conversion tool — it helps creators convert their own comic pages into webtoon format. It is not a hosting or publishing platform.

Because ScrollCraft processes images entirely in the user's browser, we do not host, store, or have access to any artwork processed through the Service. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and have established the following procedures in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being used in connection with ScrollCraft in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We may also terminate accounts at our sole discretion in cases of a single instance of clear infringement.

Good Faith

ScrollCraft is designed for creators to convert their own artwork. We encourage all users to only process content they have the legal right to use. If you are converting someone else's work, ensure you have proper authorization from the copyright holder.
