WonDae Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ScrollCraft. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Your Artwork Stays on Your Device

ScrollCraft processes comic pages entirely in your browser. Your artwork is never uploaded to our servers, stored in our database, or transmitted to any third party. We cannot see, access, or recover your images.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled by Supabase.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to ScrollCraft Creator, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status only. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

Usage Data

We track the number of page exports per month to enforce free-tier limits. We do not track which pages you export or what content they contain.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Enforce usage limits on the free tier
• Send transactional emails (password resets, account confirmations)
• Respond to support requests

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Stripe may retain payment records as required by financial regulations.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

10. Children's Privacy

ScrollCraft is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
